Course Description:
In this course students will gain competency in the principles, processes, anctivities, and functions of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) as part of the ITIL Service Lifecycle. Students will understand the technology and implementation considerations for CSI, gain insight into the operational challenges, risks, and critical success factors of CSI, and achieve the ITIL v3 Continual Service Improvement certificate. Provides 3 credits toward MALC and Expert certifications.

CSI principles: Understanding the why and how of:
• CSI processes
• CSI metods & techniques
• Organizing CSI functions
• Technology considerations
• Implementation considerations

Pre-requisites:
• The ITIL v3 Foundations certificate or the ITIL v2 Foundations + Bridge certificate (documentary evidence of this qualification and photo id must be demonstrated prior to exam)
• Familiarity with IT terminology
