The course meets for 6 evening and 2 full day sessions of intensive project management training with the most complete set of PMP® exam study tools currently available on the market.

Discussion topics include:
The Five Process Groups of Project Management: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing,
The Nine Knowledge Areas of Project Management: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement, and
Two additional topics: Framework and Professional /Social Responsibility.
