Hours

Class days and times are dependent on which class is taken and the discretion of the assigned instructor. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are held during weekday hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Weekend and online classes are also available.

Cancellation

Each course must have a minimum of five registered participants. In a case where demand is not sufficient, the course may be cancelled, transferred to another location or rescheduled. Students will then be given the option to transfer into the next available class or receive a 100% refund within 30 days. The decision to cancel a class will be made 10 business days prior to the start of the course. ISSSC cannot be responsible for travel arrangements for the student.

Withdrawal

Students who find that they are unable to attend a class after registering must notify ISSSC of the intention to withdrawal 10 business days before the class start date. Upon withdrawal, the student will have the option to transfer 100% of the cost of the course to another class within one year or receive a refund.

If a refund is requested, ISSSC must be notified of the withdrawal 30 days or more prior to the class start date. This refund is subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee. If a withdrawal occurs within 30 days, the processing fee is 10%. If a withdrawal is made 10 business days before the class start date, the processing fee is 50%. Once the class begins, there are no refunds.
